saving won't stop

I am trying to save the text I have entered. The saving won't stop

1) what browser and version are you using?
2) Select all text, copy to clipboard. Then if it goes boom, you can just re-pasted it.
3) in a new tab, click to the dashboard New Post page, paste the stuff from the clipboard, add title, tags, categories, and hit Publish (or save as draft).
4) then you can kill the tab with the original post in it that won't stop saving.

I am using Internet Explorer 8 on XP. It is a company computer. anyways, it wont stop saving.
