I have 2 sites; how do I keep one and transfer the other to a new user?

    I have two websites/blogs. I would like to keep one and transfer the other without losing info on the one I am keeping. How? Thanks

    The blog I need help with is wiltontrack.wordpress.com.

    Easy. From the dashboard of the one you want to give away, you go to Users and Invite the person you want to give it to as an Admin. When they accept, you can remove yourself from that blog.
