I just need my blog to look exactly like Traction. Help?

    I've been trying to reset my theme back to its original settings and all reset really does is delete the posts, widgets and the categories. I don't have anywhere near the look-and-feel of the Traction demo that I purchased. Is there anyone I can TALK to please? I received an email from someone saying he could help, I emailed him back - nothing. He didn't call or write anymore.
    Do you have anyone who can direct me? I've paid for the premium theme; I've paid for the CSS, but the interface is totally foreign to me, and I just need a little direction please?
    If there's someone anywhere who has a free moment to show me how to get this blog to look exactly like Traction, except for the blue bar (change to red) and adding a logo (instead of the name Traction, I'd just like to use our logo), that would be SOOO helpful!

    Volunteers answering support questions have no knowledge of premium themes. When you pay for a premium theme you pay for premium support direct form the theme designer. You get that support in the Premium Themes Forum. The link to the Premium Themes Forum is found here > Appearance > Themes

    wow, thanks! I think this is the furthest along I've gotten. I really appreciate your help with directing me to the right place.

    You're welcome. :) FWIW CSS is theme specific. If you have custom CSS and later change themes, you need to delete whatever CSS you have in the Editor, otherwise, you’ll get undesired results.

    To ‘reset’ a theme, you need to delete the CSS in the Editor, make sure the “add to existing CSS” radio button is checked, then save. Things should go back to normal.

    When you alter a theme’s stylesheet, you only need to put in the Editor the modification/additions to the CSS, not the entire thing. Read this for more info:
