I need a big contact form in the center of my page

  1. Help!

I know nothing about this stuff. Can someone code me a big contact form that would go directly under my title? This is the main theme of the blog... submitting something. I've purchased CSS and need some help. :)

    Thanks!

The blog I need help with is just100words.com.

  2. You don't need the Custom Design upgrade to add a contact form to your site.

Just know that the contact form will not auto post to your site directly. You will receive an email, if you've set up your notifications to receive one, or you will find it in the Feedback section of your Dashboard.

  3. Also, the Custom Design upgrade will let you change the stylesheet of your chosen theme, but it will not change its functionality.

Does the Custom Design upgrade let me edit HTML?
No. The Custom Design upgrade allows you to edit fonts and CSS only. You can change the appearance of a theme, but not its HTML markup, PHP code, or content.

  4. Okay, so can I post a contact form to the area right under my title? I am using chunk theme. I am only seeing the ability to post one in an actual blog post. I need it to be above the other blog posts that I will be sumbitting daily (the submissions that come into my email)

    Can you help?
    Thanks, justjennifer!

  5. It's not possible to add such code to the title. You can add the contact form to a page or post only.

In your site's case, I'd suggest making the Rules/About page a static front page with a contact form at the end and make the blog page the results of any submissions.

  6. Thanks so much Jennifer!

One more thing. How do I move my comment box from the staltic page to the blog page?

    :)

  7. Unless you've disabled commenting, the comment box is available on every post and/or page.

Have a look at the Support site! :) And as you are new to WordPress.com, if you haven't seen this yet... http://learn.wordpress.com
