britniroseIs a giveaway legal? I want to give away a bottle of hair product that was sent along with another for me to review. I was given one to giveaway. I won't link to any other sites, but I will state where the product is available: "Sephora, in-store or online." I'm not required by the company to give it away, technically I could keep it or hand it to my mother. But I want to treat my readers. I've looked on forum after forum to try to understand the TOS regarding this, and just can't find a clear answer.
My blog is free, it has the .wordpress.com extension and all, I just don't want to break any rules and am being very cautious. Thank you for your time.
