I need a refund for premium theme

  1. I purchased Delicious Magazine today, but could not get it to do what I needed. The font also proved too hard to read. How do I achieve my within-30-day refund?

  2. Since you are asking within the 30-day refund period, you should be able to get to the contact form here to request it http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/

    Write anything in the search box and when it asks if you found your answer, click "no" and the contact form should appear. If it doesn't, post back here.

  3. @terryism1960: I refunded your premium theme - please note that it may take up to a week for the refund to appear on your statement.

    I also wanted to let you know that our premium theme customers can get support and customization advice directly from the theme authors in the members-only Premium Theme forums, in case you decide to try another premium theme in the future. That forum also has tips for the use of most popular themes.
