   Hi! I have a .com.br domain but I can't use it! I need a Zone Record soo I can use it in my wordpress blog.

   Some registrars require that we create a zone record for domains, before they allow registrants to change their name servers.

   We'd be happy to create a zone record for you – simply open a ticket and send us the domain name you'd like to map.

   After we add the zone record, you should be able to change your name servers at your registrar, and add your domain at Upgrades → Domains in your blog's dashboard.

   Sorry for the confusion, actually there's no need to open a ticket for that, just let us know your domain and we'll put in the zone record.

   I have manually added a zone record for your domain.
