I need help!

    Hi Everyone,

    I'm totally new to this, and I'm trying to set up a page. I can not get my profile to show up on the side bar, or my picture, HELP!

    Also someone recommended I use Haloscan for spam, how do I set that up? I'm lost...

    If you do have a wordpress.com blog then please note the following.

    (1) Some themes like MistyLook and Regulus have a default setting where by theyr display the information on the "Your Profile" page in the sidebar. However, as it is the default sidebar when you add or change widgets it disappears.

    To achieve this Proflie display you have 2 options. The first is to create an About Page -> Create Page and place the information on it. The second is to place the information in a text widget.

    (2) Haloscan will not be introduced at wordpress.com. It's hell for visually challenged people like myself. We have Akismet spam filtering here.

    (3) Tip: Everyone posting here needs help. If you use appropriate titles on your forum posts that are descriptive and that relate to the subject matter other bloggers will appreciate it. :)

    Yes, every wordpress.com blog is automatically protected by Aksimet.
