  2. Go to your Options > Discussion page.
Scroll down to the first wide box.
Put all the swear words into that box.
Then when someone posts a comment with such language it will be caught and moderated. You might see it but at least it will not go on the blog.

    I cannot ban him.

And for what it is worth, I see more bad language on Club Penguin blogs and get more complaints about that language than almost any other blogs. Allegedly it's something for kids.....

  3. yhea you are right i dont know what the problem is
    thanks for helping!
if he countinue [there is ways but i dont know them] i will IP ban him i know a way

  4. Another thing you can do is set up your blog so that you can moderate all comments. Then you can choose which ones to post and which ones to delete or mark as spam, instead of letting them get posted automatically to your blog.

  6. There's a lot of that going around. From the sounds of it, if you post polite comments on his blog they should stay, so why not post that as a comment there?

  7. It's general weirdness around here recently.

  8. Like Timethief said, The best way is to set the comments for moderation if you want to keep your blog away from this kinds. Somehow, When I look at various blogs, I get a feeling WP should try stopping usage of certain words. One need to understand Blogging is a wonderful networking tool which is a great help to share ideas however at times it can be dangeorus too. I think Wp should try implementing a cleaner and safer blogging strategy.

@hromanager--I think I understand what you're saying, but it's not up to WordPress.com to censor "bad" words--what is bad, anyway? CBC will run the f and s words on TV, albeit usually with a warning beforehand, while some American channels will bleep the "god" out of "goddamn". Whose standards should they keep? It's easy enough to block certain words from appearing in the comments if you don't want them; see mark's comments in the yellow box above. Words are not generally dangerous in and of themselves.
