   I tried to activate domain name forwarding to my blog. Now, when I go to my wordpress blog url, I only see a "parked" domain for the forwaded domain and I can no longer see my blog. I am on a dealine and really need to talk to someone to see hwat happened and how to resolve. Do you have a customer service phone number?

   The blog I need help with is thelawchick.com.

   There is no phone support and frankly I don't believe for a single minute that it would be any more effective than written support is . It's a holiday and Support Staff are not noteworthy for having a visible presence on these peer support forums on weekends or holidays.

   I suggest purchasing a domain mapping upgrade to map from a .wordpress.com blog to an existing domain as that amounts to reliability and Staff support for it - forwarding doesn't.

   It looks like you have domain mapping - but it can take 24 to 72 hours for changes to reach the far corners of the internet

   Also your name servers seem to be set wrong

   It looks like things are working - however you may see erratic behavior until the changes reach the far corners of the internet
