   Hello,

   my webite is: sarahmlewis.com

   I have been a customer with wordpress and have just updated my website so I am now hosted to Blue host. However they can not switch over my website because Wildwest Domain has my domain registration. I just contacted Wildwest who I never registered for and therefore do not have an account number for and they told me that wordpress had registered my domain name with them. I need to find a way to transfer my domain registration to Blue host and need to know how I can do that.

   I contacted blue host and they told me that Wildwest needed to switch the domain registration and gave me these two email addresses:
   ms1.bluehost.com
   ns2.bluehost.com

   It is very important that this is done as soon as possible. Is there also a number I can call for support???

   This guide explains how to transfer the domain name to another registrar.

   To point the domain you registered at WordPress.com to another server (hosting service), please follow the instructions here:
   http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/change-name-servers/#changing-domain-name-servers

   Note you will need to obtain the name server values from your current host. You should be able to find them on their support documentation, or contact them and ask for the information. (Name servers may be referred as "nameservers" or "NS records" instead.)
