I need that the page "home" I've created redirects me to the homepage.

  5. a) Pages > All Pages: trash the "Home" page you created, then click the Trash folder and delete the page permanently.
    b) Appearance > Menus: remove that Home page, click View All in the Pages module, select the available Home item, click Add to Menu, save.

    OMG thanks, I had been hours and hours trying to find a solution. You can't imagine how much I appreciate.

    You understand that WP has taken care to include a ready-to-use home link. If that wasn't the case, the solution would be a custom link (in which you'd add the blog URL). You can read all about custom menus in this post of mine:
