I need to transfer my domain bigtenportal.com to a new hosted server (hosted by BlueHost). I am being told that the domain is locked and an EPP authorization code is requred. How do I obtain this EPP authorization?

You can get your EPP authorization code by logging into the domain manager, then following the instructions here.
