I uploaded a custom background image but I cant see it!

    Unable to save custom background. On my custom tab I see what I created. It says it was saved but when I go to my page I see the default layout. after all that work it makes me upset not able to find the answer.

    The blog I need help with is shanecarabajal.wordpress.com.
