I have the domain sebastopoltherapy.com successfully pointing to my WordPress blog and my blog says that it is published and public. I've paid for the upgrade that eliminates "wordpress" from my URL. I have not chosen any of the "private" check boxes, but when entering http://www.sebsatopoltherpay.com in a browser I get a WordPress screen saying that the owner has marked this "Private." I'm frustrated. Should I see a therapist?
The blog I need help with is sebastopoltherapy.wordpress.com.

Is there the possibility you have two blogs and mapped your domain to the wrong blog?
NOTE - OK I mis-typed my own site's name above - it should be http://www.sebastopoltherapy.com. Mis-spelling is not my problem.
Your URL is really http://sebastopoltherapy.com/ no "www"
Can you log in and make sure the Privacy is set to Public allow everyone in?
The thing is, if the mapping and such were all right, and sebastopoltherapy.com was mapped to http://sebastopoltherapy.wordpress.com, then the wordpress.com URL would also reflect that the site was private.

A bit more research shows your domain name sebastopoltherapy.com is mapped to westcountytherapy.wordpress.com - is that what you intended?
The blog http://westcountytherapy.wordpress.com is set to private at 'Settings' -> 'Privacy'. As auxclass says, your http://sebastopoltherapy.com/ domain redirects to the 'westcountytheraphy' blog, do you want to point it to http://sebastopoltherapy.wordpress.com/ instead?

Thanks so much. I think you folks are on to something. I would like to get rid of westcountytherapy.com and thought I had effectively done so by making sebastopoltherapy.com my primary blog. Can I delete wesatcountytherapy completely without losing any important links or accessibility?

If you want the content that is at sebastopoltherapy.wordpress.com to show up as sebastopoltherapy.com you will need to have @kardotim move the mapping to sebastopoltherapy.wordpress.com from westcountytherapy.wordpress.com
Then use westcountry as a test blog or whatever and leave it set to Private - once a domain name is delete here the content and name go away forever even from you.
Kardotim - Yes, I would like sebastopoltherapy.com to direct to sebastopoltherapy.wordpress.com. Will my readers see the name without "wordpress"? -- I could happily delete westcountytherapy.com, but I appreciate auxclass's warning to be careful with deleting.

After @kardotim or another happiness eng. does their magic your visitors will see sebastopoltherapy.com - there will not be any "wordpress" in your address - BUT your dashboard will still say sebastopoltherapy.wordpress.com when you are logged it
