I have tried by adding
[box]
text text for what I want in the box
[/box]
and when I save it and look and then view the page it simply shows the words as I have typed then and not the box.
Can somebody please tell me what I am doing incorrectly

the block I need help with is not the one shown above it is one that is not public yet as I am in the early stages of drafting it.
I've never seen a code for a box like that. It wouldn't work here anyways.
You would need a table with borders as far as I know.
Thanks, the sort of "box" I am talking about is like the blue one 3/4 of the way down this page and I have used it on another wordpress site and it is in .org
