I want to contact customer service about a question

  1. Hi, we haven't been using our blog lately and just noticed that our domain http://www.craftybrains.com expired 26 days ago. I want to renew it,
howehowever it's charging me a late fee of $80 to renew an $18 site. So I would have to pay $98 to keep it running. I noticed that for $99 we would get a full upgrade without paying the late fee? I was wondering if there's a way of avoiding the late fee or would i better off paying for an upgrade that we don't need?

  2. @crafty - please start a new thread with a nice title and not hijack an existing thread on a different subject - that way your question will not get lost - thanks

  3. @godsfoodheals - looks like everything is set correctly and you have the correct name servers - now all you need to do is wait for the changes to reach the far corners of the internet and you are good to go

    Congratulations!

You be welcome & good luck

  4. Thank you so very much for all your help.
I am not used to this kind of getting questions answered so I had no idea I was actually starting a feed.
I would have worded it completly different. :)
    Thanks again!!

  6. After you make the domain mapping purchase and do the set up it can take between 24 - 72 hours for domain name propagation to take place throughout the internet. You can view the DNS changes here > http://www.whatsmydns.net/

  7. Cool

  8. You're welcome.
