  2. I want to remove all content and start from the beginning

  3. @lmvictoria
This blog appears to be devoid of content. http://lmvictoria24.wordpress.com/
You must be logged in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the blog. Then you can quickly remove your contents by deleting them in bulk.
bulk delete images & media http://en.support.wordpress.com/media/deleting-files/#bulk-deletion
    bulk delete posts > http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/edit-posts-screen/#bulk-edit
    bulk delete pages > http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/edit-pages-screen/#bulk-edit

IMPORTANT NOTE: Deleting blog content and deleting blogs does not remove any indexed content from the SERPs (search engine page results). Google and Bing only clear their caches of deleted indexed content that produces a 404 (page not found) every 3 - 6 months.

  4. Ok, I did all that, I just want to go from the beginning, where I can setup the free word press. I can I get back there without coming to this one

  5. I have answered you in two different threads now. This blog appears to be empty http://lmvictoria24.wordpress.com/ so are you asking how to change the theme?

You can quickly and easily change themes to another one found here http://wordpress.com/themes/ and no data will be lost or negatively affected by the change. The only time you may have to do some work is if you are changing to a dramatically different theme and have done any CSS editing.

Provided you are logged in as Admin under the same username account that registered the blog go to Dashboard > Appearance > Themes and browse themes until you find one you like and click "activate" or type in the name of the theme you want to use and
click the "activate" link when it appears.

After you change your theme all you need to do is go here Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets > Inactive Widgets and re-install them where you want them to appear. The widget contents and settings will be the same as they were prior to changing themes.

  6. If you want to change the site title and/or tagline read on please. Note that the site title (blog name) and blog address URL do not have to be the same. The Site title (blog name) and/or the optional Tagline can be changed on the top of this page at any time. > Settings > General
    "save changes"
That is exactly where search engine spiders look for the site title and removing it from there can cause issues with getting your content indexed.

By default the front page of the blog is the only page that will display all published posts on it. As soon as you publish a post not a page the error message will be gone. http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/
