i want to enter the root directory to add a .ico file to edit the icon shortcut

    I want to get into the root directory to update the address bar icon.

    The blog I need help with is patrickehopkins.com.

    What you state you want to do is not possible ie. entering the root directory. See here for updating your blavatar AKA favicon http://en.support.wordpress.com/avatars/blavatars/
