As far as I know, it isn't... what I used to do was place a link in my sidebar using a text widget that just linked back to my 'Old Old Archives'. I then proceeded to use wordpress for all my new posts.

It's not possible to autopost it, but you can copy and paste it. That's a terrible idea, by the way. Google and other search engines will severely penalize both the WP blog and the external one. As well, staff request that any WP.com blog which is a duplicate of an external site be set to private.
