I was charged multiple times

  1. I was trying to register a domain name and when I clicked "submit," the site was undergoing server maintenance. My card has been charged multiple times and I'm not sure if the transaction even went through.

    The blog I need help with is alexamcclanahan.wordpress.com.

    Dashboard >> Store >> Billing History >> history

    Were these purchases made under your alexamcclanahan account, and did you receive any receipts from us?

  5. There is no receipt showing up on my account but my bank statement shows I was charged 3 times. Could someone from WordPress please contact me as soon as reasonably possible? I submitted a request for support and have not received any response. Thanks.

  6. I called my bank and they will take care of the 2 duplicate charges. However, I would like the initial charge refunded as I am within the window of 2 business days. I have left a message at 877-273-3049. I will file another claim with my bank if I do not receive a response. Thanks.
