I was spell checking a finished post and it vanished. How can I get it back?

I had not yet "published" this post, but was about to do it. As I went through spell check, I must have clicked the wrong key, for my entire work vanished. The entire time I was writing I was told my work was being saved, but when I try to find it all I find are things I "published." I can't find a place to look for the work I was just working on, though I think it was saved.
