I would like a refund for all sevices!

    I am going to start this by saying very plainly I am not a programmer. I am a podcaster. I joined your site 3 days ago for a cheap way to post to itunes. This was cheap enough at the start. Then ok lets add a domain name. cool a little more. Then when i get to post my podcast.... oh you need the 20 buck upgrade just to import mp3, m4a,wav or ogg. and you get some more storage..... OK why not. Then when i post to itunes WordPress names my podcast by default to unknown. How will my listeners find me. Then the icon is WordPress.com not my custom itunes pic. And last but not least it tagged my podcast clean and it is anything but clean. I can be in a lot of trouble for the clean tag when it is clearly not clean. As for you website nickle and dime'in me to upgrade for a ton of features (which I went back to look to see if i read it wrong) and it claims easy pay nada and such. I am very unhappy about your product. I had a programmer i went to high school look at it and he told me after playing around with it this site will never do and have options that will suite my podcasting needs. For instance change the RSS feed, Change the tagging system and add an icon. Like listed I'm not a programmer and not going to pay another fee for someone to fix this site. I would like everything I bought on this website to be refunded and close the site i made I will be bringing my bis somewhere else. Also I wasn't happy with the last of real email address to contact directly that I have to post this for the world to see. And your support page was not helpful to someone that doesnt have a programming / HTML background.

    I have canceled and refunded all but the domain.

    As for the domain, if we cancel the domain, it can take up to several weeks, and we can't guarantee that your domain will be available to you again once canceled.

    If you want to keep using your domain but you don't want to use WordPress.com anymore, you don't have to cancel it.

    Instead, you can move the domain to another site, using the Domain Administration tool under Store > Domains, at the bottom of the page.

    If you don't want 3gpodcast.com at all, please reply to confirm.

    I do want to keep the domain 3gpodcast.com. I will be getting a website up after the money is refunded and will switch the domain to another site. Thanks for your help in this matter.

    I hope you read this soon. I am not going to keep this domain. I willnot pay another fee to switch it over so go ahead and cancel the domain and refund the money for that. I have spoke to a real life person at our new home and this domain is not important enough to pay 140 bucks to switch it. Sorry but like i statedbefore i dont want to pay for anymore services through wordpress. So please cancel the domain and refund the money. Thanks for your help.
