I would like to add http://rpc.pingomatic.com/ so I can ping my blog. But I can't find any setting for that in Admin, is it not visable or have you changed it? Can you tell me how I can make it possible?

You can't add this to your free hosted WordPress.com blog.
The page you are looking for only exists on WordPress.org installs.
You can manually ping is you wish. Do note that WordPress.com automatically pings for us http://onecoolsitebloggingtips.com/2010/02/15/new-content-wordpress-com-pings-for-you/
