Yes, some people prefer personal telephone support, this has definitely come up in the past. Unfortunately, we don't provide phone support at the moment, but we've written tons of documentation, and there are active community forums (where volunteers and Happiness Engineers come all the time) where you can get answers to your questions, as well as (most of the time) email support for users who have purchased upgrades. We try to answer questions as fast as we can, but response times can be slower around the weekends.
