I would like to change the name of the blog from Butler Blog to ButlerTalks but I cannot figure out how to do that. I don't want to give up the blog address.
The blog I need help with is butlertalks.wordpress.com.

Try:
Dashboard >> Settings >> General >> Change Title or Tag Line - remember to save changes - that will leave the address (URL) the same but just change the title at the top of your blog
