I would like to merge 2 separate accounts, I have 1 blog under each account

    Try transfering ownership of one blog on one account to the account you want both blogs to be on. You can find more information here. http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#transferring-your-blog-to-another-user-or-account
