I would like to unlink linked blog (www.matjazskraba.com) that is linked to my account (skraba). I have read the support it said that I need to contact support for that operation.

Yes, I can see http://www.matjazskraba.com under "Linked Blogs". This site/domain (matjazskraba.com) is no longer active, but I can still see it listed on my wordpress.com... Can not remove it...

If the self-hosted .org site is gone, I don't think the user can do anything, hence the request for Staff to unlink it from the .com site.
I think so too. Staff can do this for you. I tagged this thread for their assistance. Please subscribe to it so you are notified when they respond.
This is exactly the problem.
