I have five pages, and I've added a widget to display them in the right hand column. I don't know how to lose them from the top, above the banner.
The blog I need help with is tonydavidfoster.wordpress.com.

Display no top menu at all
Click the plus sign to create a menu, type a name for it, click Create Menu, don’t add anything to it, click Save Menu, select that menu from the Theme Locations pulldown, click Save. http://wpbtips.wordpress.com/2011/12/19/custom-menus/
all done - thanks for your help!
You're welcome.
