Try just blogging about interesting things that happen to you at college and just add advice & tips pertaining to it. For instance, maybe you had a really hard exam and figured out a perfect way to study for it. Just telling the story may help someone.

Talk about different things that seem to consume the people in your age group at school/college. Talk about solutions that they or you would like to see or are working on.
