WordPress.com blogs are noncommercial so you can’t put ads on them; anything like Adsense or writing sponsored/paid posts will get your blog deleted. If you want to try and make money from your blog you’re better of using the software from http://wordpress.org/ which doesn’t have the same restrictions.

ok … but i was not talking abt earning money through word pres… i was just talking generally … anyone out here really made some money by hosting a website … or by doing some paid surveys … any one who can lemme know of any genuine info will be of great help ..

Adsense is what gets you money, and you cannot use that on wordpress.com unfortunately.

I make my living blogging, and trust me: Adsense does not get you meaningful bucks.

If you’re looking for answers to questions that are not WordPress.com-specific, I advise you use Google. This isn’t a general-interest forum.
