Hi. I am using arras theme on my site and my IE6 users are unable to scroll down the page. They can click through links but only see the top part of the site because the page won't scroll. Has anyone else encountered this problem? Know of any possible fixes? Thanks in advance for your help!

I suggest asking them to upgrade to a more modern up to date browser. because IE6 is no longer supported.

IE6 is over 9 years old, and it is becoming very difficult for web designers, and developers such as wordpress and the like to support IE6 since there are so many web modern features that people want to see and use that IE6 simply does not support. Generally it is the theme designer that determines whether their theme will work with IE6, not wordpress itself. If you switch to a different theme, such as one of the default themes that come with wordpress, you will find that the IE6 users don't have a problem.
You need to contact the theme designer about this as it is likely a theme issue, not a wordpress issue. Do be aware though that a quickly growing number of theme designers are abandoning support for IE6 altogether.
