urgh, there is a site (oh-so-lovely.co.nr) and she is using a wordpress layout which only works for wordpress. SHE CHANGED HER LAYOUT! I've been dying to change mine, and i heard you need to get hosted or something?? and if i sign up for domain.co.nr will i be able to change my layout? :S what EXACLY do you need to do to change the layout? :S thanks xox

If you are not hosted at WordPress.com you can do whatever you want, but you have to learn it all yourself or pay someone to do it for you.
Here, you can choose among five pages of themes, or learn CSS, purchase the Css upgrade, and code your own design.
