    "If your domain registration has expired and you can't see the "Renew" button in My Upgrades, you should contact support immediately."

    The blog I need help with is lifelongaes.net.

  3. Hi there, I see two custom domain names on your account.

    lifelongaes.net was registered separately and I'm seeing a renew button in your dashboard at Store > my upgrades. It is showing it expired on 5/26/13. I would act quickly on this domain to keep it from lapsing into redemption when our partner registrar will add an additional $80 to the cost of the registration. This fee is out of our control and is standard with registrars. For more on what happens when a domain expires, see here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-expiration/

    newdawgblawg.net is part of the Premium Upgrade you purchased, so it would renew with the Premium Upgrade.

  4. If I had renew buttons, I wouldn't be trying to reach WordPress support. I have no renew buttons for either of these domains. Under my upgrades, there is no renew button. I promise. Please tell me who to contact and how. I really really really want to pay you, but can't.

  5. I apologize. The lifelongaes.net domain name and the Premium upgrade were purchased by another administrator on lifelongaes.net, which is why you cannot see the upgrade buttons. newdawgblawg.net is part of the Premium Upgrade and you are listed as the owner.

    Since the Premium Upgrade and lifelongaes.net were purchased by another administrator, they will have to be the one to renew.

    If you talk with the other administrator, perhaps all of the upgrades can be transferred over to one administrator to make renewals easier in the future. I can help with that. If you want everything transferred into your account, we would need confirmation from the other administrator.

    Again, I apologize. Please let me know what you wish to do. I'll be watching for your reply.

    Thank you for your prompt reply and attention to my problem. I just logged on through the other administrator's account and there is no renew button there, either... in fact, she has no "Store" or upgrade access/link in her dashboard.

    Yes, all upgrades should be transferred to me if that is possible (because I really want to pay you!). Please tell me how the other admin can confirm.

  9. The username you logged in with has a role of contributor rather than administrator and the upgrades would be on their administrator account. If the other admin could send an email to support @ wordpress.com from the email address on the their admin account, with lifelongaes.net and my username, thesacredpath, in the subject line and stating that they want the upgrades transferred to your username, garycmac, I can make the switch. Post back here when they have done that and I'll get right on it for you.

  11. Hooray! I got the email confirmation and have moved all upgrades over to garycmac. Log out of WordPress, clear your browser cache and cookies, log back in and go to Store > My Upgrades and you can then renew all the upgrades.
