   I am currently trying to set up a server for a domain that will be running WordPress software. But I need to make sure that I can install purchased third party WordPress themes to it on a self hosting site.
   Question 1 Does your server software allow third party WordPress themes be installed onto your server software?
   Question 2 Is there a charge for your server software of WordPress?
   Question 3 Does your server software come with all the plugins and all featuresof totally controlling users and passwords and installing new themes?

   You are in the wrong forum for self hosted sites - see below - but I will answer some of your questions anyway

   1) If you are not hosted on WordPress.COM then yes you can install your own theme (there are a couple of exceptions based on the host)
   2) WordPress.ORG software is free
   3) Features yes - you need to pick and install your own Plug-in's, theme install is built into the WordPress.ORG software

   The site you are asking about does not seem to be hosted on WordPress.COM so you need to make friends over at WordPress.ORG the keepers of the software you are using.
