Image gallery alignment problem

  1. I have a page with a left-aligned image and some text, followed by an image gallery:

    At the moment, the first two image gallery thumbnails are filling the space immediately below the text. However, I want this space to remain empty, and for all the gallery thumbnails to line up below the large image. It seems like this should be a really easy thing to fix...but I can't figure out how to do it. Any suggestions about how to fix this would be much appreciated. Thanks!

    The blog I need help with is andrewdopheide.wordpress.com.

  2. They're filling the space because the image is left-aligned. To cancel the wrap-around effect you need to add this after the text (in the HTML editor, of course):
    <br style="clear:both;" />

  3. Aha, of course. That did the trick. Thanks muchly.

  4. You're welcome!
