Hi, I'm new to blogging and I'm just trying to add a small picture to the top right of my blog, in the side bar, I've gone through the Image widget and got something there but the picture isn't showing. Any ideas as to why please?

The blog I need help with is crystalsmoviereviews.wordpress.com.
I have managed to get it on with the flickr widget but i really just want the image there not the 'flickr photos' or the 'more photos'
So i still do need help with the image one please
Ok had to take off flickr the pic just went.
This is what I'm trying to add to my blog:
Place a text widget in your sidebar and then copy and paste the code below into it. Click "save" & "close".
