   When inserting an image in a post, in the 'media > attachment details section, it has the Title for the image.
   But when you go back to the post and open the image, it has what was previously in the Title box now showing in the Alternative Text box.
   Which means when you publish, nothing shows when you hover over the image, unless you manually delete what is in the Alt Text box and retype it into the Title box.
   It seems an unnecessary step.
   Why does it switch from Title box (in Media) to Alternative Text (in edit post mode or published post)?

   It does not address my question above.

   So, I repeat all of my question again, and I think it is clear enough, although the short version is:
   Why does the name of image switch from Title box (in Media) to Alternative Text (in edit post mode or published post)? Which means one has to manually retype the name in the Title box. Again.
