I added a link to my blogroll which works fine.
I'd like to display a logo representing that site next to it. In 'Edit links-->Advanced there is an option to paste image URL address.
The question is: WHERE do I get that address? From the owner's website?

Yes. Usually you can just right-click over it and copy the URL.
I went about it in the roundabout way. Copied the image to my computer, uploaded into my Media Library and then linked that address to the blog address. It seems to be working so far.
