Images appear "squished" in IE

  1. Hi,

I'm an an amateur and I'm creating my first blog. I've added galleries using fancybox, and they look fine in Forefox and Safari, but not in Internet explorer. I based my layout in a template called under the influence. I desactivated the plugins and I still got the problem in IE. Then I changed the theme to the default one and the galleries were OK, so the problem is with IE reading the theme "under the influence". I would really like to keep my theme, since I'ce customized it to my taste. I know it can be sorted out by changing something, but I haven't been able to understand the couple of posts I've found bout the solution. Could anyone help me out? THANKS!!

The blog I need help with is www.juandejimenez.com.

  3. It may be related to the version of your IE browser.

When I first checked my new blog on my PC with IE6 I found tiny pictures were being displayed. They changed to the size I had configured in the image posting after I checked the picture with "right click - properties". See if that makes show up in the size that you expect.

So far I haven't seen this behaviour in IE7 but I have just finished updating this PC to that version a short while ago so I'll reserve judgement until I have had more experience with it.

Note re my usage of IE6/IE7 - I realize they are old but that is what our corporate standard was (older one) and now is (newer one).
