Images on my blog replaced with strange graphic

  1. my wordpress blog at hrsbstaff.ednet.ns.ca/pwozney was working today until I changed the order of the right sidebar widgets so that the Events Calendar 6.6 calendar was 2nd instead of 4th. Once I made that switch, all the graphics stopped showing up (header image, symbol for RSS feed, images in posts) and were replaced with a gray rectangle with an intermittent set of strips flashing across.

Any ideas as to what this is and why it's happening AND how I fix it?

    Thanks!
