I'm trying to import a site from wordpress.org on my localhost webserver to wordpress.com. I export on my localhost and import on wordpress.com. All the pages and posts appear perfectly, but no media, because of course my localhost site is invisible to the outside world.
Is there anything I can do about this, please?
The blog I need help with is echo2013.wordpress.com.
This support forum is only for free hosted WordPress.com blogs.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and if that's the site you need help with then this is the correct forum for your software http://wordpress.ORG/support/ If you have not registered a WordPress.org username account yet you can do so on the top right hand corner of the page I just linked to so you can post to those support forums.

My problem is with importing a site from wordpress.org on my local http server to a wordpress.com site, and the symptom is that although all the posts and pages import perfectly, none of the images arrive.
