I'm trying to import a blogger xml to wordpress on my local server but I can't find the option of importing a xml-file. So I created a test blog hosted on wordpress.com, and there I see the option of importing xml. Works like a charm! So, why can't I do this on my local server?

@luddek, Import the file here at wordpress.COM, and then export the file out of wordpress.COM and then import it into the local wordpress installation on your computer..
