I tagged this thread for their attention. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

  11. @ timethief
Thanks for your assistant. I've appreciated that

  12. I am still waiting anyway......

  13. Hi there,

I noticed that your Jetpack connection is displaying a temporary address on this end.

You'll need to make sure that Jetpack is connected to WordPress.com with your actual domain name iwanbanaran.com. Otherwise you'll have problems later with links in your emails to subscribers.

    Please follow these steps:

    1. Go to the Jetpack page in your site's dashboard 2. Click the "Connected to WordPress.com" button in order to disconnect 3. Make sure that the domain name iwanbanaran.com is displayed in your browser address bar and in the Site URL field under General -> Settings 4. Go back to the Jetpack page in your dashboard and click "Connect to WordPress.com"

Please let me know when you've updated your Site URL and reconnected Jetpack, and I can transfer your subscribers for you.

  14. Hi Eurello,

Thank u so much for your respond. I already follow your instruction....and done!. Please check again and do assisting transfer. I am looking forward the result.

    Thank you
    Warm Regards
    iwanbanaran.com

  15. Hi there - Ok, I've moved them! It can take some time for them to display on your end, but if you still don't see them listed in your stats in 24 hours, please let me know!

  16. Dear Support,

  18. Hi eurello, I check email subscriber has been moved, thank you :)

  19. Hello, I've also recently moved from a wordpress.com blog to a wordpress.org self-hosted blog site. Can I request to have my subscribers forwarded from one to the other? I've paid for the site redirecting and have installed the jetpack plugin already. My wordpress.com site was: http://www.youngadultbooks.wordpress.com and my new site is http://www.thestorysanctuary.com

Thank you so much for your help!!

  20. Hi guys,

I need some help. I migrated a couple of weeks ago my londonlowcost.wordpress.com into my self-hosted wordpress blog londonlowcostblog.co.uk.

I imported everything but the subscribers weren´t imported. I would like to import them. I downloaded Jetpack as I read in the support and forums website but still they are not imported. Do you know what else I have to do?

    Thanks in advance!!

  21. I would also like (if that´s possible) to import my stats...

    Thanks agains!

  22. If you've installed Jetpack on your new blog, and connected your wordpress.com account with it, then Staff can do the final transfer for you. I've tagged the thread for their attention.

  23. Yes, I did that. I am connected with the old blog. Thanks, do you know if they will let me know once is done?

  24. Yes, they'll let you know here. Congrats on your new site!

  25. Thank you!!! ;-)

  26. @kaseygiard - Sure thing, I've moved them for you!

  27. Thank you so much, @eurello!

  28. @eurello
I have already followed your instructions. But there is something I am confused with. In my Site URL before my domain name there are a few numbers. Is that ok? or should I erase them and leave just http://londonlowcost.co.uk?
I wanted to ask you if it is possible to transfer my stats also...
    Thanks

  29. Yep, that's your IP address - it's the temporary URL for your site. It should only be your domain, http://londonlowcost.co.uk .

  30. Now is ok. I erased the numbers and it appears just my domain.
    Thanks
