   Hi, I'm trying to move my wordpress blogs to a hosted server, but when I try to use the Import function on the server's version of wordpress that I installed I get an error saying that wordpress can't create a directory it needs to install the blogs. I checked the permission for the MySQL user that should be running the process and it has write access to the parent folders. Any clues? I don't know if this is an issue but it gives me the following path that it's trying to create which looks a little weird to me.

   Sorry, there has been an error.

   Unable to create directory C:\Accounts\projects\wwwRoot/wp-content/uploads/2006/11. Is its parent directory writable by the server?

   You need to check that your wp-content folder (on your server) has the correct permissions set i.e is writable. Either change the permissions or contact your host and ask them to do it. Also you should probably ask this question in the wp.org forums.
