Importer frozen?

    I think I need to reset my importer – its been frozen for ages. Can someone please help? its for letsruntrails.com

    Hi there – Sure thing, I’ve reset your importer. Can you please try importing your file again? Let me know if you still have any trouble! Please provide some details about what you’re trying to import, and whether some of it is coming over, or none.

    HI, thank you for your help. I think I’ve managed to import from kellythehungryrunner.com to letsruntrails.com. It looks like most of it came over. Could you please check a few things for me? firstly – the page ‘media’ doesn’t seem to have any content on it although it does when I go to the dashboard. secondly – I’m missing about 30 comments. I don;t really mind as I think they might be old ones or from people that are no longer on wordpress but I would appreciate if you could just check. Finally – would you be able to bring all of my followers and subscribers over from kellythehungryrunner.com to letsruntrails.com? Thank you!!!

    Hi there,

    The Media page is a category tab, which would list any posts in the “Media” category, but it doesn’t look like you currently have any posts in that category.

    I see you also have a static page called “Media.” You can change the tab from category to page in your Custom Menu here:

    For the comments, can you link me to some specific ones you’re missing (link me to them in the Dashboard of the old site)? I see 6 pages worth of comments on both the old and new sites.
