Hi!

Does anybody know how to import posts from blog.co.uk? The site offers no export feature.

If they don’t have an export feature for WordPress, do they have one for other blog hosts? Somewhere like Blogger or LiveJournal? It’s an extra step but you could import there, then bring your posts over to WordPress.

If there’s no export at all, does your old blog have an RSS feed? If it does you might be able to import some of your posts from your feed. This link might help.
