Importing problems

    I recently swapped my hosting to a server that surported WordPress :D

    It didnt even realise that I could import Blogger which was AMAZING as my original site was all blogger.

    Thing is - I just CANNOT get the importer to work.

    Im using latest ver off WP, ive published my archive in same dir as blog on sep ftp spave as well as same ftp space as WP is hosted.

    I get the same error everytime - which is:

    "Youre postingon Blogspot, switch to FTP"

    Im NOT posting to blogspot - this is soo annoying. Ive tried everything I can think. Even changing the permissions of folders etc

    please can someone help???

    You're in the wrong spot. You need to be over at http://wordpress.org as we're running different software than you are.

    Quick suggestion. Don't say "latest version" but actually give the version number you are using. Latest version is the nightly alpha and I have a feeling you're not running that.
