What's happing this morning: I can't post any kind of comment in any blog (not only mine). Why?
I tried with different browser, but I have always the same problem.

Exactly what happens when you try to post a comment? Please be descriptive. Are you referring to posting comments to free hosted WordPress.com blogs when you are logged in? Or are you referring to blogs hosted elsehwhere?
