   In some blog doesn't have moderate comments, i have a idea: a page in admin to put links (mature content, torrent links) to block in comments (an ip of sites because some persons use tinyurl, is.gd) for a better discussion

   The blog I need help with is rauls.wordpress.com.

   You can do that now under settings > discussion. Put the stuff you want to trigger moderation into the "comment moderation" area. When you are done, click "save changes."

   But in some popular blogs, this blog disable comments because have so much comments...
